服务模式：
[专案组负责制]：由擅长此项目的高层负责人担任项目组组长，全面负责项目的统筹、控制、质量监督、人员调整等事项；项目组除设置由创作人员和客户人员构成的固定搭配外，仍设置由公司创意总监、策略总监和制作顾问等支持系统，以此大幅度提升项目小组的服务能力。
工作流程：一个项目的良好发展与完成=专业化的服务团队+高效合理的运作流程!
第一步：明确设计需求
接到客户业务咨询，经过初步的电话、Email、会面等方式的沟通，了解项目的具体需求，找出需要解决的本质问题。
第二步、商务沟通
在具有初步合作意向的基础上，进行商务视觉策略沟通，分析客户相关资料和行业资料，探讨设计概念和设计思路，并根据需求进行报价。
第三步、签定合同或委托意向书
双方通过相互的直接或间接考察，并对双方的工作方式和思路取得共识，签订相关的具有法律效力的合作合同。
第四步、付预付款
签订合作合同，即付项目合同金额的50%作为预付款。
第五步、设计执行
公司在收到项目预付款后开始进行视觉规划、设计创作等相关合同约定的内容，根据项目不同，一般10个工作日后提供初步方案，并根据项目类型收取进度款。
第六步、沟通调整
方案经过公司内部评审后提案，合作方双针对设计方案进行的局部沟通和细节调整，形成完案。
第七步、项目验收
公司根据双方沟通的修改或深化意见综合分析，进行项目的完善，客户方在进行确认后，支付项目尾款，公司提交该次设计任务完案。
第八步、品牌跟踪
项目完成后，公司进行相关的品牌跟踪，根据需要提供品牌视觉视觉扩展或延伸规划，以确保客户每一次的视觉更新都能够有效地沉淀公司的品牌视觉文化。
付费方式：
方案1、年费方式/设计管理
根据全年常规设计管理工作任务量，签定全年合同，进行月度结算或双月份结算服务佣金。
方案2、项目打包/整体结算
根据产品上市或更新设计任务工作量，如包装、推广物料、终端、媒体广告等进行打报设计和结算。
方案3、单项设计/单项结算
针对某一具体的设计需求委托，如画册、海报、包装等进行设计和结算。

Pattern of service
The senior official will be in charge of each program which he is good at as the team leader of the program, comprehensively responsible for the overview, inspection of the equality, adjustment of team members and so on. Besides the creators and customer service staff, the company also has some supportive system, creative director, director of strategy, production consultants and so on, so as to promote our ability of service of the program team greatly.
Process of working:

1. First step: specify design needs
When we receive the consult of the customers, communicate with them through ways like telephone, Email, face to face talk and so on to get their specific requirements and find the essential question.
2. Second step: business communication
On the basis of the initial intention of cooperation, start the communication of visual strategy, analyze customers’information and the information of the industry, discuss the ideas of design and price on demand.
3. Third step: sign the contact or consign the letter of cooperation intent
Through direct or indirect observation with each other, sign related contact with legal effect after both sides have gained some common sense about each other’s methods of working and idea.
4. Fourth step: pay some money in advance
Sign the cooperation contact and pay 50% money in advance.
5. Fifth step: carry out the design
After our company receives the money, we will start the visual program, design creation and so on contained in the signed contact. According to different program, the primary proposal will be finished after ten work days and we will charge progress payments according to the style of the program.
6. Sixth step: communicate and adjust the proposal
After the inner company reviews the initial proposal, both sides will communicate for the adjustment about the part of the proposal and form the complete proposal.
7. Seventh step: accept the program
We will analyze according to both sides’communication and make the program perfect. After the customer confirms our result, pay the rest of the money, and we will submit the complete proposal.
8. Eighth step: brand tracking
Our company will do some brand tracking after we finish this program. Provide some planning of extension or expansion of the brand vision to ensure that every time the update of the vision can precipitate the culture of the brand vision.
Payments:
Proposal 1、annual billing/management of the design
Sign the year contact, pay monthly or pay the service commission twice a month according to the amount of the task of the management of design.
Proposal 2、project package/settle accounts as a whole
